SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping POLICY

All orders placed online will be shipped 3 business days after placing your order. I ship to the United States and Canada. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. I take great care in packaging my candles to ensure they arrive safely. Please inspect your candle upon delivery and contact me within 5 days of confirmation of delivery if there is any damage to your candle. If there is damage, I would ask that you email me a photo of the damage. Please note that shipping costs are non- refundable.

All orders will come with UPS Tracking. UPS Tracking and Delivery Confirmation is a service provided by UPS that allows you to track the status of your package. You can enter your tracking number on the UPS website to get updates on the delivery status of your candle. Delivery Confirmation also provides you with proof of delivery, which includes the date and time that your candle was delivered.

I want you to be happy with your candle purchase! If you are not satisfied with your candle, you can contact me at the email in the Contact Section within 5 days of delivery for another candle of equal or lesser value with a different scent of your choice. If your candle has been damaged during the shipping process please contact me at the email in the Contact Section with a picture of the damage within 5 days of delivery for another candle of equal or  lesser value with a different scent of your choice.

 

All candle sales are final with no refunds. You can receive store credit if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or your candle is damaged.
